Based in Sarasota, Florida, Daniel Kijner is a Broker Associate with RE/MAX PLATINUM REALTY, one of the world largest and most recognized real estate brokerage franchises. Daniel Kijner is also the senior Broker Owner of KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY outside the US.
With an MBA from Paris IX Dauphine University of Business Management and a solid background in Finance, Marketing and Management, Daniel has embraced early on an international career. For more than eleven years, he has worked and lived throughout Europe and South America mastering Spanish and Portuguese doing International Trade. Since 2006, he has obtained most of the required licenses to become a Florida real estate licensed broker and joined through merger Re/Max Platinum Realty in November 2009.
In 1991, he created a real estate company that laid the basis for the future KIJNER & SONS INTERNATIONAL REALTY.
In 2000, Daniel relocated from Paris to Sarasota juggling between his French and US activities as a builder, developer and broker associate. In the meantime, Daniel has taught numerous real estate courses for professionals while being an expert, appraiser, valuer as well as a chartered real estate and wealth management specialist. To this day, Daniel is a firm believer in continuous education, networking and exchange of good practices.
Daniel has always been an active member of numerous real estate associations. In France with the F.N.A.I.M. (the French National Real Estate Federation), he has been a member of the Paris & Ile de France General Board of Directors, an elected Director and an "Emeritus" speaker and writing contributor to the professional regional Quarterly News Magazine, just to cite a few. In the US, he has been a liaison and an ambassador to real estate developed markets and specifically US regions to NAR® (US Federal level), FAR® (Florida state level), Realtors® Miami Association, SAR® (Sarasota and Manatee areas), MANAR® (Manhattan, New York area) and other major states and regional boards of REALTORS® as well as to major NAR®’s National and Federal Affiliate Real Estate Councils that have each specific expertise fields. Finally, Daniel is a member of the CRS® National Council in various appointments like the International Committee and with the CRB Council.
His raison d’être is to maximize buyers’ satisfaction and experience by identifying its clients’ needs and reconciling their actual tax and fiscal situation in their home country to those in the country of their future acquisition.
